2. Social Conditioning: Society has a set of expectations about what success looks like—what job you should have, when you should get married, or how much money you should be making by a certain age. These programs can lead to feelings of pressure and inadequacy when we don’t conform to these norms.

3. Fear and Scarcity Mentality: Media and culture often emphasize fear—fear of missing out, fear of losing something, or fear of not being good enough. This fear-driven programming can make you believe that there is never enough to go around, leading to anxiety and a constant chase for more.

4. Self-Doubt and Limiting Beliefs: One of the most dangerous programs is the internal one—the negative beliefs we hold about ourselves. Whether it's a fear of failure, imposter syndrome, or the belief that we're not good enough, these self-imposed limitations can prevent us from taking risks, pursuing our dreams, or fully realizing our potential.
